Rosemary Ireland is the tax and information systems partner of the Firm. Originally from Winston-Salem, NC, she started her public accounting experience in 1991 after graduating from Wake Forest University with a BA in Latin in 1990. After becoming a CPA in 1995, Rosemary became the tax partner in the firm on January 1, 1999 and is responsible for all aspects of tax compliance and tax planning, with almost nineteen years experience in corporate and individual returns, partnership returns, tax planning and research, not-for-profits, employee benefits plans, estates and trusts. In 2000, she passed the Series 7 and Series 66 exams and became licensed in Insurance for the firm’s financial planning division. She is the firm’s network administrator and oversees all areas of Information Technology. Pursuant to her belief in continuing education, Rosemary finished a Master’s Degree in Liberal Studies at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, August, 2008. Rosemary serves on the Board of Trustees for The Greensboro Montessori School and helps coach a girls’ YMCA basketball team. When not in the office, Rosemary enjoys working in her garden, traveling and watching her girls play basketball, soccer and volleyball.
